Packing Line Associate

Location: Paw Paw, MI

Start Date: January 8, 2026

Positions Needed: 32 Associates

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment (Approx. 5 Weeks)

Shift: Shift times will vary but will all be 40 hrs per week minimum

About the Opportunity

A major manufacturing facility in Paw Paw, Michigan is seeking motivated individuals to join their team for a short-term production project. This is an excellent opportunity to earn consistent full-time hours in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Packing Line Associates will work on a high-speed production line to package finished products, perform quality inspections, stack cases, and maintain a clean and safe work area. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and work along the packing line to package finished goods
• Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
• Stack, and palletize cases
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Follow all safety and production guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time hours
• Consistent schedule throughout the 5-week assignment

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 15– 35 lbs as needed
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to start on January 8, 2026
