Seeking a Project Manager to support building operations, maintenance, and tenant needs. Ideal for those with property, facilities, or construction management experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily property operations, safety, and tenant support
• Manage leases, vendor contracts, and service agreements
• Supervise maintenance/construction work and ensure code, budget, and quality compliance
• Conduct inspections and enforce OSHA/safety standards

Qualifications
• Property/facilities management experience; 5+ yrs construction/maintenance oversight
• Strong contract, budgeting, and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of building codes/OSHA
• Strong leadership and communication
