Job Description Office Receptionist/Tax Assembler

 

This job is full-time during approximately a 10-12 week tax season Mid-January to late April.  Some overtime may be needed. 

 

Main Responsibilities are answering phones, making appointments, taking in tax documents, pulling client files, assembling tax returns, photocopying client tax documents, calling clients to pick up and sign tax returns, handing out tax returns after getting signatures and collecting money for fees charged.  Limited tax knowledge needed.  Other duties include opening mail, mailing some tax returns to clients, general office work such as vacuuming, gathering garbage, shredding, printing labels and other office needs as necessary.
