Salary: $15-$19 DOE

Hours: Monday through Friday. 6:50am-3:20pm

Overview:
This position requires prior experience performing assembly tasks, including reading and interpreting technical documents and using basic tools. Candidates must be able to follow verbal instructions, apply simple math skills, and work efficiently in a hands-on production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow verbal instructions and written guidelines to complete assembly tasks accurately.
• Perform wire crimping and other assembly functions requiring prior experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and visual aids used for specific assembly requirements.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment with skill and confidence.
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Previous experience in assembly, wire crimping, and reading blueprints/schematics is required.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent use of wrists and fingers for assembly tasks and tool handling.
