Property Manager – Sunriver, OR
Compensation: $26–$29/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism, and is passionate about property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Set and adjust rent schedules appropriately
• Perform basic accounting and financial tracking for properties
• Support leasing specialist and accountant as needed
• Ensure the property portfolio is managed with integrity and responsibility

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Property Manager License (Required)
• Working knowledge of AppFolio (Preferred)
• Foundational computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and diplomatic
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment & Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Daily use of computer systems (Word, AppFolio)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
