We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a variety of residential appliances. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in customer homes while delivering professional, high-quality service.

Job Duties

• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and other household appliances
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and costs
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and documentation
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and replacement parts
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company professionalism
