Job Title: Moving & Setup Crew Member

Location: Lexington
Schedule: Full-time; standard hours 8:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM, with early starts (5:00–6:00 AM) and extended hours during busy seasons.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our client's team. This position involves physical labor and requires flexibility to work in various conditions and schedules. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth moving and setup operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Move, pack, and unpack belongings safely and efficiently
• Set up and tear down furnishings at client sites
• Load and unload items from trucks
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements

• Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs and climb stairs
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal history
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work long hours during peak season
• Japanese language skills preferred but not required (many clients are from Japan)
