About the Role
We are seeking a motivated CAD Drafter with a background in metal fabrication or HVAC product design. You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams to create detailed CAD drawings, program CNC machines, and oversee projects from design to completion.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for metal and HVAC components
• Support full project lifecycles from design through production
• Program CNC machines using provided drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure designs meet quality and production requirements
• Review and update drawings for accuracy and revisions
• Maintain documentation and assist with process improvements
• Troubleshoot and help resolve design or production challenges

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CAD drafting experience (manufacturing or metal industry preferred)
• Experience with sheet metal, metal fabrication, or HVAC products highly desirable
• CNC programming experience or familiarity with CNC operations strongly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
