Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and document organization
• Support production and manufacturing teams with paperwork, scheduling, and reporting
• Prepare and process work orders, shipping documents, and daily logs
• Assist with inventory tracking, material records, and job packets
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams as needed
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and management

Requirements:
• Previous office experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Dependable, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic
