Job Description: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable and Soldering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be soldering RCA plugs onto wires (two per probe) and performing various cable assembly tasks, including wire stripping and preparation. Additional responsibilities include gluing and curing probes, testing units, performing quality checks, and labeling completed assemblies. The ideal candidate has excellent soldering skills, a steady hand, and the ability to work with small, delicate parts while following instructions and assembly drawings with precision.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in soldering
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to identify and place directional parts
• Capable of completing assemblies with minimal supervision
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Able to sit, walk, stretch, bend, lift light objects, and use hand tools

Requirements:

• Must work well with others
• Must follow instructions and directions carefully
• Strong attention to detail in assembly and testing

Responsibilities Include: 

• Wire and solder probes
• Glue and seal probes (overnight and UV cure)
• Conduct testing, including water bath and Doppler units
• Perform final quality checks, including labeling and verifying frequencies for crystals
• Prepare cables and assemble components according to specifications
