Insurance Claims Agent – Contact Center ?? Full-Time | Multi-Carrier Environment
Join our team as an Insurance Claims Agent, where you’ll provide prompt, accurate support for insureds and claimants in a fast-paced, multi-product contact center. Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills—along with empathy and efficiency.
Key Duties:
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Guide clients through claim forms & processes
Assemble accurate claim packets
Document interactions in internal systems
Support fellow agents & assist with general inquiries
Requirements:
High school diploma (required)
Prior contact center or claims experience (preferred)
Strong verbal/written skills & attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office; AS400 experience a plus
