Job Title: Digital Press Operator
Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)
Pay: $16.00 – $24.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time | 8–10 hour shifts | Monday–Friday | Overtime & weekends as needed

Job Summary:
Ingram Express Services is hiring a Digital Press Operator to run wide-format digital printing equipment including EFI Q3r, Canon X2, and other large-format printers. This role ensures high-quality output, accurate color reproduction, and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers (roll-to-roll, flatbed, hybrid)
• Calibrate printers and RIP software (Fiery, Onyx, Caldera)
• Load/manage media (vinyl, canvas, banner, etc.)
• Monitor print jobs for quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with prepress and finishing teams
• Maintain production logs in ERP systems
• Follow safety and Lean/5S practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours
• Comfortable in a loud, fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and workflow tracking
• Team-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with PACE ERP or similar systems
• Knowledge of ICC profiling and color calibration
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop proficiency
