Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers an excellent growth opportunity, as the current Senior Mechanic will be promoted upon hire. The Junior Mechanic will work on the production floor, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical components of CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, and other shop equipment, while also assisting with pallet handling and warehouse machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical components of CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, and other shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Assist with pallet moving and operate warehouse machinery and pallet handling equipment.
• Collaborate with the Senior Mechanic and production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial machinery repair.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and gear systems.
• Ability to work on the production floor and handle pallet movement.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with warehouse machinery and pallet handling equipment.
