Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking dependable Snow Shovelers to assist on an as-needed basis during severe weather & emergency situations. Candidates will help clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other areas to ensure safety and accessibility.

Location: Mentor & Willoughby Locations
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, stairs, and parking areas.

• Apply salt or ice melt as needed for safety.

• Assist with snow removal from property entrances and walkways.

• Follow all safety protocols while working outdoors in severe weather.

• Report any hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor in cold and snowy conditions.

• Reliable and flexible for on-call, as-needed schedule.

• Strong work ethic and attention to safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
