Salary: $25 - $30 /hr

Our client in Mentor is seeking reliable Skid Steer Operator to support seasonal needs on an as-needed basis, particularly during severe weather or emergency situations. The ideal candidate will operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently to assist with snow removal, site cleanup, and other weather-related tasks.

Location: Mentor Area
Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer loaders for snow removal, grading, and material handling during severe weather.

• Assist with emergency site preparation, cleanup, or debris removal as needed.

• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on job sites.

• Support other team members with general labor tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Experience operating skid steer loaders or similar equipment.

• Ability to work safely in severe weather and challenging conditions.

• Strong reliability and flexibility for on-call, as-needed scheduling.

• Ability to lift moderate to heavy materials as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
