Job Overview
Join our team as a Production Associate, where you’ll handle product packaging, assembly, and labeling while collaborating with Quality Control to keep cannabis production running smoothly. No experience required!

Shift: 6:00AM -2:30PM Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various roles on the production line as needed.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Prepare, inspect, and measure raw materials to ensure readiness for production.
• Verify components meet required tolerances and specifications; may complete finishing tasks when necessary.
• Package, store, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Handle cannabis product in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Accurately tag and label all merchandise.
• Organize, label, and stock materials based on size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap, and pack products in alignment with established procedures and quality standards.
• Adherence to safety and quality regulations within the workplace.
• Follow all cGMP, safety, and PPE protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior production, assembly and/or cannabis experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week.
