We currently have an Employment Specialist position opening available at our Jesup/Brunswick location. Join our team and help put a million people to work annually!

As an Employment Specialist you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments, interview and screen potential candidates, conduct pre-employment drug screens, and schedule candidates to work.

The main goal of the Employment Specialist  is to put people into jobs, meet client needs, and network within the community in a sales capacity. Posting job ads online and on social media sites is a common activity.  We also use multiple communication platforms to reach both existing and potential new candidates.

This role will primarily be based in Jesup but will also support and work in the Brunswick, GA area on a regular basis. 

Requirements:

·        Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude

·        High school diploma/GED required

·        Computer and basic social media skills

      Minimum 5 years of prior experience working in an administrative role or business office
