1^st Shift Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician:

• Reviews job orders to determine required materials and products needed.
• Set up machine by adjusting set points and mounting appropriate components and raw materials.
• Operates machine to its fullest capabilities in order to ensure a high-quality product.
• Maintains and trouble shoots issues by quickly identifying and eliminating flaws or errors in the operation
• Uses precision tools to inspect and ensure quality control
• Provides detailed reports and logs on the product produced.
• Keeps up with safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Communicates with other machine technicians to ensure an efficient product output.

 

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• US citizen or green card holder
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience (or equivalent work history)
