We’re hiring a hands-on 3rd Shift Repair Technician to join our light manufacturing and refurbishment team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with tools, and being part of a fast-moving crew that values quality and safety, this is a great fit.
Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and safety
Experience using manual, electric, battery-powered, and pneumatic hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, amp meters, etc.)
Comfortable bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs as needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math competency (multiplication, division)
Test, troubleshoot, and repair bottled water coolers, filtration systems, and coffee brewers following OEM guidelines
Diagnose and resolve electrical, heating, and cooling issues
Use electrical testing instruments and follow technical schematics or manuals to complete accurate repairs
Perform all core refurbishment tasks: disassembly, cleaning/sanitizing, reassembly, and quality checks
Complete documentation and maintain accurate repair records
Keep your work area organized and aligned with 5S and housekeeping standards
Participate in team huddles and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts
