Leasing Consultant

A local Shelbyville company is looking to add their next leasing consultant to their team.

The ideal candidate is someone who has great customer service, loves working with people, and a team player.

Pay & Benefits: 

• $18-$20/hr depending on experience

Schedule: This is a first shift role with a typical schedule being Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm.  Consultant will work half days on some Saturdays once hired on full time.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Customer Focused service.
• Communicate professionally with fellow team members, current tenants, and prospective residents. 
• Lease apartments at market rent or higher.
• Perform external market outreach within community.
• Assist Property Manager in preparing weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, and more.
• . High School Diploma/GED required
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Proficient with calculator and computers.
