$17.50 – $19/hour per hour
Day Shift | 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. & 7 am - 4:30 pm 
Monday – Friday | Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Assembler I

We’re hiring an Assembler I to perform basic, routine assembly tasks and help produce accurate, high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Inspect parts for defects

• Position and align parts using basic hand tools

• Use and maintain tools and equipment properly

• Meet daily production expectations

• Participate in inventory counts

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Maintain proper stock levels

• Support team leads and overall production needs

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Work well independently and in a team

• Stay calm and effective under pressure

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for long periods at a workstation

• Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms

• Lift/carry 1–5 lbs. frequently

• Occasional walking and reaching

• Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity

Equipment Used:
Hand tools, presses, drill presses, scales, computers, and safety equipment.
