About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will support customers and distributors by delivering accurate product and service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the company’s overall service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly assistance to customers by answering product and service questions

  • Maintain and update customer account records with accuracy

  • Resolve product or service concerns by identifying the issue, determining the best solution, and ensuring follow-up to confirm resolution

  • Gather and analyze customer information to recommend potential products or services to management

  • Prepare detailed service reports by collecting and reviewing customer data

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to shared goals and department success

  • Support additional tasks and related assignments as needed


Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous Customer Service experience required

  • General office background preferred

  • Strong computer skills (ERP systems, word processing, Excel spreadsheets)

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Accurate documentation and data entry skills

  • Strong attentive listening and professional phone communication

  • Conflict resolution capabilities with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to analyze information and offer appropriate solutions

  • Capable of successfully managing multiple tasks at once

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
