About the Role:

 

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk with warehouse experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, assist with order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between front-office and warehouse operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory and shipments

  • Prepare shipping documents and labels

  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders and inventory

  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product availability

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing

  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., light packing, order checking)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (warehouse/logistics environment preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of shipping systems and inventory software

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
