We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners for the multiple cleaning positions around Brampton and Mississauga area. The ideal candidates will perform a range of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure a hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment.

Day shift

• Monday-Friday 9AM-5:00PM
• $19.00/hour + 4% vacation pay

Afternoon shift

• Monday-Friday 6PM-12:00AM
• $19.00/hour to $20/hour + 4% vacation pay

Duties

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial and industrial settings
• Operate hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed
• Utilize custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers to ensure thorough cleaning
• Perform thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including seats, cabins, lavatories, and galley areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Clean aircraft exteriors, including windows, fuselage, and other surfaces using power tools and hand tools as necessary
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs or concerns

Requirements

• Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, especially within facilities maintenance or aviation environments
• Must have full G-class driving license with own vehicle is as you would be driving to different locations
• A clear background and a security clearance is required for all the available positions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used for cleaning or minor maintenance tasks is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within scheduled turnaround times
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for thorough aircraft cleaning routines
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus, emphasizing professionalism and attentiveness during interactions
