Location: Costa Mesa / Santa Ana Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Kitting Associate to support a growing manufacturing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys focused, structured tasks and takes pride in doing things accurately the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Pick a variety of small parts according to the exact quantities required

• Place components into small plastic bags and seal them using a stapler

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in every kit produced

• Follow written instructions and work at a steady, efficient pace

• Keep your workspace organized and safe

Expected Results

• Complete all assigned kits accurately, with minimal rework

• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the entire shift

• Meet daily production goals consistently

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit for 7+ hours performing repetitive tasks

• Strong focus and attention to small details

• Comfortable working independently in a quiet, production-based environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in kitting, assembly, or light manufacturing preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 6:00 AM start time

• Someone who enjoys task-driven work and takes pride in precision
