Pest Control Management Professional / Pest Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide safe and effective pest management services for residential and commercial clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect structures and environments to identify pest activity and potential entry points

• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans

• Apply pesticides and other control methods safely and in compliance with regulations

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and service plans to customers

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Operate company equipment and vehicles safely

• Provide follow-up services and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and inspection skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a service route

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and safety procedures

• Physical ability to climb, crawl, lift, and work in various environments

• Previous pest control experience or certification is preferred, but training may be provided
