Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with accuracy, clarity, and empathy.

  • Troubleshoot product or order issues and offer solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings to provide detailed guidance.

  • Assist customers with tracking, returns, order issues, and general questions.

  • Ensure all responses meet quality and response time standards (SLAs).

  • Proactively share customer feedback with the team to help improve systems and service.

  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team to create consistent and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills.

  • Experience in email-based customer service preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • A desire for continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Ability to work weekends during peak seasons.

  • Strong research skills and comfort navigating online tools and resources.
