Test Area Manager

Salary: $120K - $140K

The Test Area Manager oversees day-to-day testing and manufacturing operations within a defined production area, ensuring that aerospace electronic components and systems are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated industry.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in production management, preferably in aerospace or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prior management experience is preferred
• Hands on leadership, and problem-solving skills.
