Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service from initial inquiry through project completion.
• Manage incoming orders, quotes, and inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure materials, schedules, and project needs are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and subcontractors to promote repeat business.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, pricing information, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction supply sales preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with commercial construction terminology and processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
