As an Inside/Outside Sales Representative for our reputable fencing company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

 

This dynamic position involves promoting our wide range of fencing products and services to residential and commercial clients.

 

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the fencing industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including but not limited to cold calls, networking events, and referrals.  Will also follow up on leads generated from the office. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

 

Client Consultation:

  • Schedule and conduct on-site consultations with clients to understand their fencing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers.

 

Sales Presentations:

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our fencing products, including materials, styles, and customization options.
  • Address client concerns, objections, and questions effectively.

 

Quoting and Proposal Generation:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on client specifications and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to generate comprehensive proposals that meet customer expectations.

 

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

 

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the fencing or construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of fencing materials, construction processes, and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary; $25+/Hr (DOE)
