Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $24-$28 BOE 

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations while supporting assembly tasks as needed. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently. The ideal candidate has proven management experience, is computer savvy, understands accounting or ERP systems such as D365, and brings passion, drive, and a self-starter attitude to their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management & Leadership

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and material flow.

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

• Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure warehouse and production goals are met.

• Utilize computer systems and Microsoft applications to manage inventory, track orders, and support operations.

• Work within accounting/inventory systems such as D365 to maintain accurate records and reporting.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of materials and supplies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Collaborate with upper management to identify process improvements and support company objectives.

Assembly Duties

• Assemble bodies, ladders, and related components according to specifications and quality standards.

• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and production equipment.

• Read and interpret tape measurements, rulers, and assembly instructions accurately.

• Measure, cut, drill, and fit materials as needed to complete builds.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.

• Maintain alignment between assembly operations and warehouse functions.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management or supervisory experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment.

• Computer savvy with the ability to learn and navigate systems; experience with D365 or other ERP/accounting systems strongly preferred.

• Must be able to read a tape measure and ruler accurately.

• Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Previous assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Auto body experience is a strong plus.

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials (e.g., up to 50 lbs).

• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.

• Must have passion, drive, and a strong self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and lead by example.

• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.
