Pay Range: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am to 2:30pm

Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role focuses on assembling bodies and ladders with precision and quality. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using power tools, and able to read and interpret tape measurements and basic diagrams. Prior auto body experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble bodies, ladders, and related components according to specifications and quality standards.
Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and production equipment required for assembly.
Read and interpret tape measurements, rulers, and assembly instructions with accuracy.
Measure, cut, drill, and fit materials as needed to complete builds.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be able to read a tape measure and ruler accurately.
Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.).
Mechanical aptitude and commitment to producing quality work.
Previous assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Auto body experience is a strong plus.
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and components as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a solid work ethic.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Safety, precision, and teamwork are essential.
