Job Title: Pick/Pack – Material Handler
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary: West Side of Columbus
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and handling materials to support daily distribution operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and scan product into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Unpack, sort, and organize equipment for distribution to other departments.

• Assist Distribution Staff and Warehouse Leads to ensure daily company objectives and performance goals are met.

• Complete all assigned tasks within established timeframes and productivity standards.

• Maintain flexibility to work in multiple warehouse areas as business needs change.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or material handling experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and follow instructions with a high degree of accuracy.

• Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials for the duration of the shift (up to [insert appropriate weight: e.g., 30–50 lbs]).

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
