Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm

A locally owned orthopedic office is looking for an Insurance Biller who’s not only detail-oriented but also genuinely enjoys connecting with people. If you’re the type of person who can turn complicated insurance talk into something patients actually understand—you might be our perfect fit!

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for helping patients with claims, co-pay questions, and keeping the billing process running smoothly. But that’s not all—you’ll also get cross-trained in other areas so you really get to see how everything in the office comes together. Variety + growth = never a dull moment.

Your day might include:

• Filing claims and reviewing insurance coverage

• Solving the mystery of denied claims ???‍??

• Scheduling appointments (sometimes in multiple locations—hello multitasker!)

• Answering phones with a smile (yes, even over the phone, people can tell!)

• Accepting payments and balancing reports

• Helping with medical records

What we’re looking for:

• Background or certification in Medical Billing/Insurance Claims? Awesome. (Not required, but a big plus!)

• Tech-savvy—you know your way around Microsoft Office and multiple screens

• A calm, caring, and patient personality

• Organized, great with time management, and a natural communicator

• A true team player who can roll with busy days and pitch in wherever needed

• Comfortable with stairs (we promise it’s just part of the building, not an obstacle course ??)
