Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable, motivated Skilled Laborers to join our growing construction team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with commercial and/or residential construction projects
Perform general skilled labor including material handling, site prep, clean-up, and tool operation
Support foremen and crews with daily project tasks
Follow safety procedures and job site standards at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
Prior construction or skilled labor experience preferred
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions
Dependable transportation to job sites
Positive attitude and team mindset
