Salary: 18.00+

Our client, a manufacturer or steel racks for the auto industry, is seeking production welders to assist with both new racks and repairs to their damaged racks.
Welders will assemble new racks in the fixture and MIG weld the parts in as required by the print, repair damaged racks, replace broken parts or straighten them, grinding and fitting is required on both.
Location: Madison Heights, MI
Pay: $18+ an hour depending on experience and interview results 
Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 
Position Type: Full-time, long term
Qualifications: 
  • 1+ year MIG welding and Fabrication experience
  • Welding certification a HUGE plus 
  • Proficiency in Blueprint reading
  • Possess welding gear 
  • Able to stand, bend, lift 50 lbs.
