Mechanical Assembler - $25/hour to $30/hour
Full-time; Mon-Fri; Day shift

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to work on mechanical components, subassemblies, and full units, including pumps, frames, and other fabricated machinery parts.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and full units according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Perform fitting, bolting, torqueing, alignment, and joining of components.
• Assist with fabrication tasks: drilling, deburring, cutting, and prepping parts.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for correct tolerances and quality.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop machinery.
• Collaborate with welders, machinists, and engineers on projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety procedures.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and verifying final product functionality.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in mechanical assembly, fabrication, machining, or a related shop environment preferred.
• Experience with pumps, industrial equipment, or mechanical machinery a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus.
