Key Responsibilities:

• Core Processing: Handling various daily back-office tasks, such as product maintenance, high-volume monetary transactions, and managing returned items.
• Compliance & Risk: Processing items related to regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and essential ACH and lockbox services.
• Issue Resolution: Utilizing your expertise to independently research and resolve complex operational problems with minimal supervision.
• Customer Support: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Process Improvement: Contributing to procedure updates and maintaining detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) logs.
• Regulation Knowledge: Applying your understanding of state/federal banking regulations and internal policies to all daily tasks.

 

Requirements:

•          High school diploma
• 1+ years of proven experience in a banking/financial environment
• Strong understanding of core bank products, services
