Job Description:

We are hiring Produce Warehouse Associates for a cold storage facility for Grading and Stacking fruits and vegetables. This role involves preparing, handling, and packaging fresh produce in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Associates are responsible for sorting produce by size, weight, and quality, as well as packaging, stacking, labeling, and wrapping pallets for shipment. This is a physically active role that requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving boxes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and categorize fruit and vegetables based on size, weight, and quality
• Inspect produce for damage and ensure quality standards are met
• Package and close boxes for shipping
• Stack boxes onto pallets and wrap pallets with stretch wrap
• Label boxes and pallets accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and cold storage protocols

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment
