Salary: 21.00-23.00

A manufacturing facility in the Mt Vernon area is looking for a Full-time Account Receivables/front office. Pay starts $21-23/hr depending on experience awith room to grow. 

 

Requires: A/r and/or bookkeeping experience

 

Duties include: 

 

• Customer service correspondence via face to face, phone, and end/or email
• Answer and transfer calls
• Retieves & sort mail
• Dates & codes incoming invoices
• Deposits/SCH
• Vendor & Customer Invoices
• Credit Card processing
• Prepare month-end reports
• And perform other general office duties as assigned
