SUMMARY -
The Warehouse Supervisor/Material Handler will support our rapidly growing Dallas operation by leading warehouse and fulfillment activities both on the floor and in the office. This role is ideal for a dependable Class A Driver who is tech-savvy, people-oriented, and ready to take on a leadership position. The position combines the daily responsibilities of a Material Handler and Driver while serving as the primary point of contact for material movements, warehouse personnel, and fulfillment processes. As Warehouse Supervisor, responsibilities include:
- Scheduling, planning, and assigning deliveries and routes to ensure the most economical use of time, fuel, and equipment.
- Performing routine inspections of vehicles and material-handling equipment; referring issues and preventive maintenance needs to the appropriate parties.
- Coordinating and communicating clearly with management and other cross-functional team members across the organization.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Counting, examining, and receiving delivered inventory into the system.
- Monitoring and inspecting inventory for defective, returned, held, or damaged items.
- Training, supervising, and evaluating drivers and material handlers.

 

As Driver/Material Handler, responsibilities include:
- Pulling, packing, loading, and unloading products and equipment for delivery.
- Delivering or picking up full or partial loads of products and equipment for customers or vendors.
- Safely and efficiently moving products and equipment within the warehouse using sit-down or stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Performing all tasks in compliance with safety and security standards.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency with PCs and software applications, including warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
- Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks with an excellent safety record (certification required).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of applicable operations experience and at least three years of relevant driving experience.
- Experience or familiarity with packaging products and equipment preferred.
- Valid Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
