About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Installer / Field Technician to join a reputable sign company based in Greenville, SC. This is a direct-hire position with competitive pay, insurance benefits support, and long-term growth potential.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors in various weather conditions, some traveling throughout the Carolinas, and taking pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Install and service signage at customer sites
• Operate a bucket truck and other equipment safely
• Work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Follow installation instructions and ensure quality workmanship
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order
• Report on job progress and communicate effectively with team members
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel regionally (day trips and occasional overnight stays)
• Strong work ethic: proactive, reliable, and punctual
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, climb, and work at heights

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in the sign industry, construction, or related trades
• Electrical or welding background
• CDL license
• Previous experience operating a bucket truck or lift equipment
