Join a company known for producing professional-grade equipment for both casual and competitive bikers. We're looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Boulder, CO, where your hands-on skills in assembly and soldering will help bring top-tier cycling products to life.

As a Production Technician, You’ll Be:

• Using torque drivers and basic hand tools to complete mechanical assemblies

• Performing lead-free soldering (training available if needed)

• Operating and calibrating production equipment as required

• Cleaning and prepping materials for assembly

• Applying decals to finished products

• Assembling and preparing boxes for product shipment

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• At least 3 months of general manufacturing or assembly experience

• Some experience with soldering (or willingness to learn)

• Strong manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to read and follow simple written instructions
