Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Auditor to support a major project for a large organization in Bonita Springs. This role involves reviewing, entering, and validating data for 200–300 subsidiary companies within their Excel-based system.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, accuracy, and organized processes. After the initial onsite training period, the role can transition to remote.
Enter subsidiary company information into the organization’s Excel system with speed and accuracy.
Audit and verify accounting-related details, including addresses and business information.
Research and confirm data using government websites and public records.
Identify and report any discrepancies directly to the Compliance Department.
Ensure all entries meet internal quality standards and compliance guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational information.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy—must be comfortable auditing large amounts of data.
Proficient in Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry).
Comfortable navigating government and public research sites.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly project goals.
Strong communication skills, especially when reporting discrepancies.
Reliable, organized, and able to follow structured processes.
Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm (up to 16 hours per week)
Initially onsite in Bonita Springs for training; can transition to remote after training is completed.
$21 per hour
