Schedule: 6:30am-4:30pm (hours vary between these times)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately pulling orders, managing inventory, operating material-handling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure timely service to our customers.  This is for a leading supply of waterworks products in the Ft Myers and surrounding area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks with waterworks materials including pipe, fittings, valves, hydrants, and related products.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard areas.
• Assist customers and delivery drivers as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or material handler.
• Forklift certification or ability to be certified.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor warehouse environments as needed.
• Knowledge of waterworks products (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
