Job Summary:
We are looking for an extroverted, motivated, and bilingual Call Center Agent with strong communication and technology skills. If you are eager to learn, passionate about helping others in the hospitality industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and onboard new clients.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with new prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct demonstrations for leads and prospects.
  • Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate solution benefits clearly.
  • Conduct online presentations for potential clients.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed call quality and productivity standards.
  • Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or call center experience.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other operating systems).
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Strong data entry, typing, and computer navigation skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt.
