Our client is looking for a CNC Helper to join their production team. The Cell Helper supports machine operators and assemblers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and vital to ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. #2931LI

Location: Mentor, OH
Schedule: Full-time | 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setups, material handling, and production tasks

• Load/unload materials, parts, and components into machines or onto workstations

• Perform basic assembly and inspection of parts for quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Support team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required (training provided)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
