What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing federal and state income tax returns for businesses and individuals using Ultra Tax software
• Maintaining client financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, liabilities, and equity, while preparing work-papers
• Managing and updating depreciation schedules
• Assisting clients with QuickBooks software (both online and desktop versions) as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• CPA or EA designation in active status is required
• 3 years' experience in federal and multi-state income taxation
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Ability to prepare business tax returns
