Coolant Specialist - $20/hr
Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Position Overview:
We are hiring for a Coolant Specialist to join a precision‑manufacturing facility located in Spokane Valley that specializes in producing highly complex, tightly‑toleranced components for demanding industries such as medical, aerospace, and semiconductor. The shop combines advanced CNC milling, turning, machining, EDM, laser welding/engraving, and clean‑room finishing to deliver parts that meet the stringent standards of surgical instrument makers, aerospace clients, and others. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain coolant systems across all machinery
• Check and adjust coolant levels, concentration, pH, and apply anti-foam as needed
• Keep accurate logs of readings, adjustments, and daily maintenance
• Decant and recycle coolant; empty drip pans when necessary
• Maintain oil control filters and perform machinery oiling
• Track and maintain inventory of consumables, parts, lubricants, and coolant
• Keep maintenance parts cabinets and storage areas organized
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks per work order system
• Support maintenance technicians with repairs and projects
• Overtime or shift changes may be required based on business needs
