Location: Larkspur Landing, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: $115K - $130K DOE

 

About the Role
We are actively seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance organization. This role plays a key part in supporting both corporate and commercial FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance analysis, customer-level insights, and cross-functional financial support for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in financial modeling, and comfortable working with imperfect or evolving data sets. We’re looking for someone who can turn numbers into meaningful business insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who wants to influence how the business plans, measures performance, and makes strategic decisions.

 

What You’ll Do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes

• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights to drive decision-making

• Build and maintain financial models for corporate and commercial initiatives

• Provide customer-level analysis to support growth and margin optimization

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support cross-functional planning

• Translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations

• Assist in long-range planning and ad hoc financial projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial roles

• Advanced financial modeling capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Ability to work with imperfect data and develop structured approaches

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to leadership

• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment
